Nutrition & Weight Loss
Did you know every cell in your body is built from what you eat?
One of our core principals is to maximize your nerve supply so your brain and spinal cord perform in unison and at an optimal level. Without your central nervous system, your body would not survive. The central nervous system is the “power supply” which keeps our wonderfully-made machine running.
So, what can we do to be proactive and ensure our body’s power supply runs performs its best?
Maximize the quality of nutrients going into it. Nutrition is how you get fuel to the trillions of cells which control your heart beat, oxygen intake, digestive tract, and much more.
Unfortunately, the most convenient diet in America is based on processed and chemical enriched foods. True, life moves fast and a trip through the drive thru may seem innocuous enough, but our bodies were not created to run off of French fries and Krispy Kreme donuts. This new diet of convenience our society has temporarily swung toward poses a serious threat to healthy cell life.
Remeber the after-school cartoon “You are what you eat, from your head down to your feet”? Sugary cola, coffee, and artificial juices are just as damaging to our health as the newest rtery-busting-burger from the fast food joint down the street. Dousing our organs and cells with these beverages does not allow them to function optimally much less normally. Can a fish survive in a bowl of these drinks? We may be bigger and stronger than a fish, but it impacts our cells too. It just takes longer.
One way to ensure cell performance and survival, is to eliminate or reduce fatty processed foods. Replace them with whole foods rich in nutrients. Add supplements to your diet helps to encourage healthy cell production, and creates optimal body performance. Your body is a truly divine mix of chemical reactions. When you dump foreign chemicals in your body, the results are “explosive”.
