Fibromyalgia Pain? You Can Get Relief

Jeane experiences great improvement in energy and less pain from fibromyalgia
For the past 10 years or so I lived with the chronic pain and complications of fibromyalgia. A flare- up can cause widespread pain, sensitivity to light and sound, sleep disturbances, fatigue, IBS and more.
The pain can be like a knife or muscle aches and weakness such as you get with the flu. Even on a good day any use of muscle or joints is painful. My memory suffers too.
Managing the symptoms has included trying prescription medications, recently approved for use with fibro- Lyrica and Cymbalta but the side effects were worse than the fibromyalgia itself. Exercise is recommended but it always made me feel worse. Regular pain meds had no effect. A chronic condition like this dominates every aspect of living day to day. I have not been able to work outside my home for some time now. I am limited in all I want to do. People can’t really comprehend it because I don’t look sick most of the time, and I have learned to tolerate the discomfort to a certain degree. The alternative is to never move or do anything.
I was recently referred to Dr. Justin James by a friend of the family. Treatments and starting to approach eating and cooking with a better understanding of the relationship between food, health, and energy have already shown me great improvement in energy and pain.
I stopped taking all allergy medications daily and so far have been able to reduce dosages of some other medications. Dr. James and his team are great, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am at the beginning of seeing results and can imagine how wonderful life will be as I continue to improve. It has been a pleasure to get to know them all. Chiropractic itself is a much more logical and effective approach to health than traditional treatments alone.
