My lower back used to hurt all the time. I had experienced constant stiffness that made it hard to sit for long periods of time. It was so bad that I couldn’t even bend over to put my pants on; I had to sit on a chair.

A few years ago, I went to a chiropractor who simply adjusted my back. After about six to nine visits, he told me to come back when my lower back starting hurting again. It had NEVER STOPPED hurting! I was taking ibuprofen to deal with the pain. Honestly, I just learned to just deal with the pain on a daily basis.

Since I’ve been coming to see Dr. James, I feel so much better. He has introduced me to God-given foods. It has changed how my husband and I eat daily. The stiffness in my lower body has gotten much better. I no longer use ibuprofen. Plus, I learned in Dr. James’ office how to use and take care of my body to stay healthy.
